W12 Conferences is a contemporary and flexible conference venue in London. We offer a variety of flexible spaces to meet your needs and can accommodate any small to medium-sized conference, meeting or workshop. With a variety of different spaces and high-tech AV facilities you’ll be pushed to find a better venue – at genuinely affordable prices – for conferences or meetings anywhere in London.

Location

We are 12 minutes walk from East Acton central line train station or 20 minutes from Westfield where you can get various busses as well as connection to Hammersmith and city line, central line and London over ground trains

Rooms

We have 4 rooms ranging from a maximum of 15 people up to 150 people depending 0n the set up required, all our rooms have AV included in our price and there is also a dedicated catering space.

Price

Our rooms range from £500 to £1200, there is a separate fee for a half day rate ranging from £500 – £795.

Accessibility

We ae on the ground floor.
There are no steps throughout the venue.
There is a disabled WC on site.
We have plenty of parking around our area.
