The Venue offers bespoke facilities for every event, and is licensed for wedding, civil wedding and partnership ceremonies. Upstairs on the 9th floor is our visually stunning, oak-panelled Boardroom. Boasting luxurious original features throughout, the Boardroom creates a dramatic backdrop to meetings, lunches and dinners in the heart of the City.

The Venue has two spaces, our Bella and Bertie ballrooms which provide a visually stunning event space with incredible views over the River Mersey. High ceilings, fresh white décor and tall windows come together to create a real life gallery of the finest views of Liverpool’s Waterfront, enjoyable from our contemporary gallery style rooms or the adjacent Royal Balcony. Our south facing position is the perfect spot to invite your corporate clientele to share a drink as the sun sets on the Three Graces. These can accommodate up to 200 guests
Our Boardroom on the 9th floor and this historic meeting and private dining room is one of the oldest in Liverpool, having played host to the Royal Liver Friendly Society for over 100 years. This can accomodate up to 30 guests seated.
Prices vary depending on the size of the event but our DDR starts at £49.95 exc room hire and VAT.
Beehives have been installed on the roof as part of an urban bee keeping collaboration.
We also receive a weekly waste report so we can monitor the breakdown of recycling and track areas to improve.
Lift access, disabled toilets and balcony has no steps so can get out onto it with no issue.
