Sustainability
The way the Gerkin is designed to be very energy efficient and that it only uses half of the energy that a similar sized tower would use. The architecture of the Gerkin is sustainable and has great ways to keep in and out the sunlight by having advance glazing technologies, ventilated blinds and provides around 85% solar protection.
