Our state-of-the-art conference venues in Reading's Select Car Leasing Stadium, home to Reading Football Club, are sure to create the right impression from the moment your delegates arrive. Whether your plans include theatre-style presentations, energetic team activities, team-building exercises or close-knit seminars, we offer corporate event spaces and conference venues of all sizes to suit every need. From the presentation friendly Princess Suite which can host up to 600 delegates to 10-person Executive Boxes, all our event rooms are housed in the West Stand. From here, your delegates can easily move between event spaces while taking in dramatic views across the pitch and entire Select Car Leasing Stadium.
From Junction 11 of the M4, follow signs towards Reading. The Select Car Leasing Stadium is on your left-hand side after less than a mile. For SatNav systems, our postcode is RG2 0FL. Complimentary parking is available onsite on a non-match day.
The Princess Suite is our largest suite and can accommodate up to 600 delegates poser-style, making it ideal for corporate conferences.
There’s a separate mezzanine area, The Windsor Lounge, with direct access to the goods lift, great for hosting arrival breakfasts and lunch.
With its high glass ceilings, it’s an impressive exhibition space and is perfectly suited for drinks receptions.
The Premier Suite is one of our corner suites with an unsurpassed view of the stadium and goal line, perfect for sumptuous or less formal occasions, accommodating up to 150 people in an occasional or poser style layout.
The Royals Suite is situated on the halfway line, providing fantastic views over the pitch and create the ultimate backdrop for dinners and conferences.
Club 106 Suite provides a luxurious and modern space for conference and private party-goers alike, with incredible views of the pitch and its own bar and kitchen.
