The home of the Institute of Civil Engineers, One Great George Street is an award- winning conference, weddings and events venue in the heart of Westminster. Set in a magnificent Grade II listed, four-domed Edwardian building, the conference centre is very close to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and St James’s Park. Many notable and historic special events have taken place in the Great Hall, including the signing of the charter establishing UNESCO in 1945 and the Duke of Edinburgh sat in the room to take his Royal Navy Examinations.

Rooms
There are a total of 21 meeting and events spaces with a max capacity of 400 for a reception in the Great Hall or 260 for a seated dinner. The Telford lecture theatre will accommodate 240 in a fixed theatre style.
