Oatlands Park Hotel is one of the finest 4-star hotels in Surrey. Set amidst 10-acres, the hotel offers breathtaking scenery and fine facilities. Originally the site of a Tudor Palace, the venue offers 12 event spaces from boardrooms to large suites, accommodating 6 to 300 delegates.
Located in Weybridge and surrounded by parkland, Oatlands Park Hotel is just a 20-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport and 30 minutes by train from London Waterloo. The hotel has a secure, private car park with plenty of parking and 2 electric charging bays.
Oatlands Park Hotel also has an extensive range of elegant spaces for meetings, conferences, special events and wedding celebrations, along with an onsite team on hand to provide expert assistance from start to finish.
The twelve event spaces range from elegant smaller boardrooms to larger suites, accommodating meetings from 6 to 420 delegates. With a historical yet contemporary feel, all spaces are fully equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and AV equipment. Choose from the York Suite complete with its own entrance, or the stunning Mulberry Suite with high ceilings, while The Garden Room and Cromwell Suite are both ideal for medium-sized gatherings. Furthermore, the boardrooms are suitable for meetings for 8 to 16 delegates. All of the event rooms feature natural daylight and views of the hotel’s gardens.

Oatlands Park Hotel work alongside local heritage planning experts to carefully preserve the Grade-II Listed building. The grounds are included in the “Register of Gardens and Park of Special Historic Interest.”
All our event rooms use LED lighting and sensor lights.
We recycle all glass, cardboard and printed materials to reduce landfill.
All our menus use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
We are eliminating plastic bottles for glass water bottles in all rooms.
We recruit locally and provide on-site accommodation where possible.
We partner with local charities to support community programmes.
Our hotel is ground level and there is disabled parking available at the front of the hotel. There are two disabled toilets on the ground floor and two lifts to other floors. All event rooms are ground-level and fully accessible. We have two disabled bedrooms for guests staying.
