Located in the heart of London, but outside the Congestion Zone, No.62 overlooks the capital’s finest Royal Park – Hyde Park. Just metres from Lancaster Gate underground station, and a short walk from Paddington mainline railway station, No.62 is conveniently positioned for visitors from London, or further afield. MTA has three spaces available to hire that meet a range of requirements, from small meetings, to formal presentations, to social receptions, with service: The Park Suite is the largest formal meeting room at MTA (No. 62) (6.85mx6.6m), with executive seating for 14 around the modern boardroom style table, 16 seats as seminar style and between 25-30 people as a theatre style. With period features including a marble fireplace and a crystal chandelier, the Park Suite boasts floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views across Hyde Park. Also suitable for drinks receptions and presentations, the first floor Park Suite has an adjoining reception area which can be used for registration, refreshments or as a small breakout space. With a state-of-the-art Audio-Visual system, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and complimentary pens and notepads, this room provides an excellent setting for business gatherings. The Lancaster Room is a generously sized meeting room (3.5mx5.7m) set out in a boardroom style layout for up to 10 people. With windows on opposing walls the room is bright and airy with direct access to a tea and coffee point. Located on the first floor, the meeting room is situated next to the Sussex Room, and may be hired in conjunction with the smaller room, or independently. Ideal for team meetings, the Lancaster Room has a wall mounted plasma screen with sound which can be linked to a computer for presentations, film screening and video calling, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and complimentary pens and notepads. The Sussex Room is the most intimate of the meeting rooms at MTA (No.62) (3.25mx3.1m), a corner room with two windows offering differing aspects – boasts a large round table with executive seating for up to 5 people. This airy room decorated with neutral décor is suitable for smaller meetings and interviews. Adjacent to a dedicated tea and coffee area, and next to the larger Lancaster Room, the room is located on the first floor of the building, with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and complimentary pens and notepads.
