Kioku by Endo is located on the rooftop of the iconic OWO, Kioku is a Japanese restaurant which also intertwines a hint of Mediterranean cuisine. Kioku, which directly translates as ‘memory’ in Japanese, is led by third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi as Culinary Director.With panoramic views of Whitehall, The Mall, Horse Guards, Trafalgar Square and onto Westminster, Kioku is the ideal setting for exceptional private dining experiences.

Kioku by Endo is located in the heart of Whitehall, set against a backdrop of historic London landmarks and government buildings. This vibrant area blends classic architecture with a contemporary urban feel, offering an exceptional setting for a refined dining experience.
Rooms
Kioku offers an array of exclusive spaces ideal for any occasion. The intimate Turret Private Dining Room provides an exceptional setting for up to 10 guests, featuring 360-degree city views. For a closer look at the artistry behind the dishes, the Chef’s Table seats up to 8 and offers a personalised experience.
For larger gatherings, the whole venue accommodates up to 60 seated and 200 standing, blending modern ambiance with refined Japanese elements.
The rooftop terrace offers an open-air setting for up to 50 seated or 80 standing, adding a vibrant, outdoor element to your event. On the ground floor of Raffles, the Kioku Bar is perfect for a lively reception of up to 40 standing, showcasing curated sake and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
Price
Minimum spends vary from £2000 for the Turret or Chef’s Table, to £4000 for the Kioku Bar or £10000-£20000 for the whole venue.
Accessibility
There is street level access to Raffles London and a lift to the restaurant. The restaurant has a disabled toilet.
