Cumberland Lodge combines the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of an English country house, with all the facilities you expect in a modern conference centre, and all event bookings help to support the charitable work. Hosting conferences and meetings, that bring people together in dialogue, is at the heart of what we do, and we offer a range of flexible spaces, spread across three historic buildings. These include large conference rooms with linked breakout rooms in The Mews, elegant reception rooms in the main Lodge, private meeting spaces in Groom’s House, and an open-air woodland seminar space. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the site, and there are plenty of quiet spaces for relaxation and reflection. Food is an important part of the Cumberland Lodge experience. We pride ourselves on our locally sourced produce and mouth-watering menus, lovingly created by our head chef. We have 59 bedrooms, which together reflect every major period of English architecture since the 1650s.
Cumberland Lodge is situated in the heart of Windsor Great Park, an ancient royal hunting forest and part of the Crown Estate. The park is ideal for walking, running/jogging and cycling. Highlights of the Great Park include The Savill Garden, Virginia Water, Guards Polo Club, The Long Walk with its magnificent views of Windsor Castle, and the Copper Horse statue

It only takes a couple of minutes to send us your brief online and we will get to work.
Easy to work with and cost-effective. In 2014 The Venue Booker was asked to identify a suitable, new venue for Chambers’ prestigious Medical Law Lecture. Jenny not only met the brief by finding the right venue but she also secured it on favourable terms.
Richard Rodger, Hailsham Chambers
Morning Jenny! Everything went very well thank you and the venue was a huge success!! Thank you so much again for finding such a gem! I am still getting lovely emails now so a big thank you for all your support Jenny!! I have been singing your praises all week!
Sarah Grant, GKN
The Venue Booker provided us with a fantastic selection of venues to view for the two events we enquired about – each of these met our brief, several offered something really special and most of them came with discounted rates that we would not have been able to achieve on our own. The service is free of charge and Jenny is friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

"I recommend using the venue booker! Jenny was absolutely amazing; from sourcing a number of venues to getting me and my event booked in successfully. She was very patient and friendly even when I asked her 1001 questions and changed the details of my event, she was happy to help. She was very fast at replying and on job with chasing up venues. Very good and professional service. Thank you!!! Even through the pandemic, jenny made my event possible. I would use the venue booker again. "

I'd be pleased to recommend Jenny, The Venue Booker. I knew our request was going to be a tall order but she rose to the challenge, negotiated some cracking rates and retained her patience and professionalism despite some spectacular dithering at our end!
