Cavendish Conference Centre, located alongside Oxford Circus and Cavendish Square, has a long established reputation for customer service, hospitality and superb facilities. The Cavendish has been Voted Best Conference Venue Customer Service on many occasions.
Oxford Circus Underground Station (Victoria, Central, & Bakerloo Line) is 5 minutes walk away. Take Exit 4 on leaving Oxford Circus station, walk North up Regent Street and you will pass the Langham Hotel on your left and BBC Corporation House on your right. Turn left into Duchess Street and almost immediately you will see Duchess Mews on your right hand side, where our sign is clearly displayed at the end of the Mews on the left. Alternatively Duchess Street is the 5th turn left when you have left Oxford Circus Tube Station and have started to walk North up Regent Street.
Marylebone, Euston and Kings Cross St Pancras Stations are all within 10 minutes taxi rides or alternatively 15 minutes by Underground. Paddington Station (which has a direct link to Heathrow every 15 minutes) is 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes in a taxi.

We were outright winners of the Visit London Sustainable Venue of the Year Award 2009/10 and came second in 2011 (the last year of this award). Here are just some of the ways we’ve been changing the way we do business:
– Absolute commitment to our zero to landfill policy, all food waste is now composted in Mitcham, South East London with year on year reductions in all waste streams. E.g. our menus were redesigned to offer more choice and less food waste.
– Year on year reductions in all inputs (energy, water, etc) in the centres – E.g. we are now using manned coffee stations rather than coffee machines, as the latter are far more energy inefficient.
– Localization of our supplier base to minimize carbon footprint – all meat is now sourced from a single farm less than 50km from all venues.
– Sustainability, we have been doing it for nigh on 20 years now, although we don’t boast as such we do believe we are the meeting industry’s most formidable advocate in this area.
We also believe it’s important to have all our achievements independently verified on a regular basis.
