We offer a choice of venues at three locations across the county of Kent. Whether you’re looking for a convenient city centre meeting place, exclusive hire of a historic venue set in stunning gardens or an impressive contemporary venue; the Unique Venues in Kent Conference and Events team can meet all individual and business needs, creating a bespoke solution that caters for all requirements and budgets.
With a choice of venues at five locations we’re sure you can find somewhere suitable for your business needs. A central point of contact for your enquiry ensures you ease of access to the most suitable venue for your event. In addition each venue has a dedicated team in place to handle your booking, so you can be confident that you are dealing with someone who has detailed knowledge of the facilities on offer and of your requirements.
We have spaces suitable for a 1:1 meeting, through to a lecture with 330 delegates! We have spaces for performances, dinners, and weddings! With a variety of classrooms and specialised spaces, we are able to accommodate a vast array of events.
Prices for room hire start at £40 per hour (VAT Exempt) for meeting rooms of us to 20 delegates.

All of our venues have accessibility features. There are a multitude of accessible toilets and non-gendered toilets across the campus. Automated doors and lifts are in place across the campus, alongside ramps.
It only takes a couple of minutes to send us your brief online and we will get to work.
The Venue Booker provided us with a fantastic selection of venues to view for the two events we enquired about – each of these met our brief, several offered something really special and most of them came with discounted rates that we would not have been able to achieve on our own. The service is free of charge and Jenny is friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.
