The Birmingham Conference and Events Centre offers some of the largest event spaces in the city. Located over three floors, The BCEC boasts over 2000 square metres of flexible space, accommodating over 1000 delegates with 261 bedrooms at the Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre next door.
Located in the heart of Birmingham’s city centre, The BCEC is just a minutes walk from Birmingham New Street station, Grand Central and the Bullring with shops, restaurants and bars.
Situated in the middle of Britain’s motorway network and just a 9 minute train to Birmingham International Airport it really is the perfect location, no matter where your delegates are travelling from.
The ground floor comprises 7 flexible spaces, with The Rookeries Suite being the largest, catering up to 130 theatre style.
Our large-scale first floor boasts 16 individual meeting suites with two large break-out foyers, all of which feature the same high standards of equipment that you would expect from the BCEC
Hosting for up to 65 guests theatre style, our first floor venues are perfect for the smaller board meeting and training programmes that may require multiple rooms.
Dominating the second floor of The BCEC is the Mercian, a dedicated event space in its own right, offering private access and a pre-function reception space overlooking Hill Street.
