Ibis Court Suite measures 17.27m x 10.85m and is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and has a capacity of 200 theatre style. It has natural daylight, air conditioning, a PA system, built in LCD projector and screen and its own toilet facilities.
Kingfisher Suite measures 18.54m x 9.85 m and is situated on the first floor of the hotel and has a capacity of 180 theatre style. It has natural daylight, air conditioning, a PA system, built in LCD projector and screen and its own toilet facilities.
Boardroom measures 7.62m x 7.18m and our Bittern Room measures 9.14m x 5.00m and both are situated on the first floor of the hotel and have a capacity of 50 theatre style. Both rooms have natural daylight and a built in LCD projector and screen.
Mallard Suite measures 7.16m x 5.94m and our Huckleberry Suite measures 9.65m x 5.33m and both are situated on ground floor of the hotel and have a capacity of 40 theatre style. Both rooms have natural daylight and a built in screen and the Mallard Suite also has a built in LCD projector.”
Ibis Court Suite and Kingfisher Suite Room Hire Rates are: £325 full day and £235 half day.
Boardroom, Bittern Room and Mallard Suite Room Hire Rates are: £195 full day and £155 half day.
Huckleberry Suite Room Hire Rates are: £165 full day and £135 half day.
Day Delegate Rate is £35.50 per person with a minimum number of 10 delegates
Hotel holds the Green Tourism Silver Award.

The Company will strive to enhance environmental awareness and understanding in all employees, suppliers, customers, sub-contractors and the public. Where possible the Company will provide information and assistance to customers on environmental issues arising from its products and services.
Blue Badge parking spaces and toilets are available. Hotel entrance and all of the meeting rooms (with the exception of the Bittern Room) are accessible for wheelchair users. A hearing loop is available for the meeting rooms.
