The Twenty Two, Mayfair

The Twenty Two was designed to attract Londoners and tourists. Twenty Two is a new boutique hotel and private members’ club on Grosvenor Square in Mayfair. It is favouring to be the upcoming shelter for the city’s creative group.  It is 42,50sq ft in Grade II–listed Edwardian manor, with interior design throughout the public spaces and 31 rooms and suites will come from Natalia Miyar and Bambi Sloan, complementing a striking colour scheme with the building’s period attributes and luxury finishing touches.

One Hundred Shoreditch, Shoreditch

One Hundred Shoreditch is the latest London opening from the same group that was behind Sea Containers London and Pulitzer Amsterdam. It should be a great place to stay in East London and the trendy neighbourhood’s coolest new hang-out. One Hundred Shoreditch was designed by Lore Group creative director Jacu Strauss, it consists of 258 rooms and a suite.

Inhabit Queen’s Gardens, Lancaster Gate

After the success of its Paddington hotel debut, Inhabit opened its doors in March 2022. The boutique hotel is located across a series of mid-century townhouses on a peaceful square near Lancaster Gate. There are 159 rooms and guest spaces designed to provide a relaxing experience.

The Other House, South Kensington, and Covent Garden

The Other House combines a traditional hotel with serviced apartments and private rentals. The Other House aim to provide sophisticated tourists with the comforts and homey merged with the facilities and satisfaction of a luxury hotel. In each of the two spaces, they will offer around 200 flats, each equipped with a bedroom, living area and kitchen.

Raffles London, Whitehall

Raffles Hotel Group is in partnership with Hinduja Group, Raffles London should be one of London’s most exciting new openings in years. The hotel is housed in The OWO, the modern conversion of Whitehall’s Old War Office. The partnership will see Raffles control a 125-room hotel, along with providing hospitality services and facilities to 85 private residences. It will open it’s doors at the end of this year.
