The Venue Booker is a medium-sized agency. We are large enough to be commercially robust, but also small enough to be flexible and personal. Our service is consultative throughout, never ‘off the shelf’. The company offers volume venue sourcing to support both the procurement function and preferred partner programmes, whilst maintaining and delivering creative venue and event solutions. We invest heavily in both technology and venue knowledge so that we can keep our processes streamlined and ensure operational and cost efficiencies.

- We Will Save You Money: Using our leveraged purchasing power we can and will secure you better rates. We would be happy to be tested, if you have an event in mind let us see if we can beat your existing rates.

As venues seek to recoup losses made during the pandemic, hidden charges etc are becoming ever more common. Rates vary significantly dependent on venue, date etc. Events are becoming ever more complicated, hybrid technology , safety protocols etc.
