Mondrian London has opened its doors at the iconic Sea Containers House, a former office building on the South Bank. The hotel boasts 359 rooms and suites, riverside views from almost every room, two bars, a restaurant with private dining rooms, a maritime inspired 56-seat cinema and a spa. Embracing the building’s heritage, Morgans Hotel Group’s first Mondrian hotel outside the US showcases a number of nautical features including a handcrafted copper hull sweeping from the entrance through the lobby into the heart of the hotel. The hotel also features six flexible meeting and event spaces with audio, video and telecommunications capabilities.
