Cvent a meeting, event, and hospitality technology provider have revealed two keynote speakers for the 2022 edition of its yearly Cvent CONNECT Europe event.
The keynote speakers are Ashley Banjo, choreographer and founder of the dance group Diversity, and Cally Beaton, media entrepreneur, writer, and former senior VP at Viacom, who will be delivering keynote addresses at the event on the 5 and 6 October.
From 4 – 6 October the event will be held in a hybrid format, with the in-person feature being hosted at the InterContinental London – The O2. Cvent will also host an in-person experience in Germany on 5 October at Frankfurt Marriott Hotel, where local attendees can attend live-streamed sessions from the London event and engage amongst themselves in Germany.

Keynote Speakers
Ashley Banjo MBE rose to fame when Diversity won Britain Got Talent in 2009. The group has since won a British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award.
Apart from the group, Ashley is well known for his television roles. He has presented and judged and produced award-winning programmes including Britain Got Talent, Dancing on Ice, and the Real Full Monty.
At the event, Ashley will discuss leadership methods. The presentation will offer insights from Ashley’s career and provide attendees insights on how to stay ahead of the time curve in a dynamic, evolving landscape.
Cally Beaton, a media entrepreneur, podcaster, writer, and performer, has held senior management positions in media companies including MTV, UKTV, and Viacom.
Throughout her career in media, she was the youngest and only female member of the ITV board. For 10 years, she was the senior vice at US studio giant Viacom CBS – where she was responsible for brands such as MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Paramount Pictures.
In her keynote address, Cally will offer tips on how successfully navigate personal and organisational change.
