As hives of human activity, we have a big part to play when it comes to sustainability. Over the last year, we have made a conscious effort to introduce a number of initiatives across our events department to ensure our impact on the environment is reduced to an absolute minimum.
We are proud that, for the first time, the Museum of London Docklands now has 0% of waste going to landfill. We have reduced our printed material, increased our recycling rate to 52% and use only sustainable, reusable promotional material.

Being sustainable and reducing our impact on the environment requires action from every one and we actively encourage our partners and clients to avoid needless printing, to use energy saving lightbulbs, and utilise accredited, ethical suppliers – it all makes a difference and we look forward to continuing to work with new and repeat clients to help protect the environment
We want everyone to enjoy what we offer. There is full access to all public areas including the galleries, learning rooms, shop, café and Weston Theatre, and we have a range of facilities to support visitors’ needs.

Thank you so much Jenny, you are fantastic and I am grateful for your help.

Jenny and The Venue Booker have provided exemplary service to us over the years.
Saida Basheer, University of Leeds
The Venue Booker provided us with a fantastic selection of venues to view for the two events we enquired about – each of these met our brief, several offered something really special and most of them came with discounted rates that we would not have been able to achieve on our own. The service is free of charge and Jenny is friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

I'd be pleased to recommend Jenny, The Venue Booker. I knew our request was going to be a tall order but she rose to the challenge, negotiated some cracking rates and retained her patience and professionalism despite some spectacular dithering at our end!
Kelly Austin, Expedition & Wilderness Medicine
"I recommend using the venue booker! Jenny was absolutely amazing; from sourcing a number of venues to getting me and my event booked in successfully. She was very patient and friendly even when I asked her 1001 questions and changed the details of my event, she was happy to help. She was very fast at replying and on job with chasing up venues. Very good and professional service. Thank you!!! Even through the pandemic, jenny made my event possible. I would use the venue booker again. "
