Lockdown and isolation can be challenging, and a 30 minute walk with the dog each day provides a much needed breath of fresh air for many people.
Whilst we humans struggle a little some days with this new situation we are in, it seems that our canine and feline friends are thoroughly enjoying having their owners at their beck and call 24/7!

Now that most of us are working from home, we like to to have out work station set up nicely and ready to start at 9am however our cats have other ideas. Not content to curl up and sleep as they normally would after their morning feed, they seem to have become very needy and insist on attention, and if that means separating you from your computer screen then so be it!

Scientific research has revealed that cats do not think of us as a separate species but as weird looking big cats!
We may have tense moments and sometimes be a little anxious during these challenging times and the only way our cats know how to be comforting is to give us attention.
So when your cat insists on sitting on your computer keyboard it’s not because he/she just wants to bother you, it could be that they just want to connect and soothe!
