With meeting rooms varying in size for meetings between 2 and 18 people, our Castle Donington site is ideal for all kinds of business meetings, conferences, interviews, and training days. The venue is private, with on site parking and WiFi included with room hire, and lovely gardens to enjoy during breaks in your meeting.
Based in the active town of Castle Donington, we are minutes away from many local shops and amenities, with easy transport links to the city centres of Derby, Nottingham, and Leicester, as well as East Midlands Airport and East Midlands Parkway. An ideal location for meetings where delegates are travelling from all over the country.
The Conference Room is our largest room, with capacity ranging from 16 (boardroom) to 30 (theatre).
The Executive Room is our second boardroom, with a capacity of 8-10.
Meeting Room 3 seats up to 6 in a roundtable layout.
All of these rooms come fully equipped with a presentation screen, flipchart, and audio capabilities.
Meeting Room 4 is our smallest room, with a capacity of 4 in a roundtable layout, with plenty of natural light with a skylight and French doors that open up into our lovely gardens. There is also a whiteboard in this room.
Conference Room:
£190 per day, £125 per half-day, £40 per hour
Executive Room:
£150 per day, £95 per half-day, £30 per hour
Meeting Room 3:
£120 per day, £65 per half-day, £25 per hour
Meeting Room 4:
£80 per day, £50 per half-day, £20 per hour
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
All of our meeting rooms are on the ground floor with no steps between them. There is only one small 2-inch step at the front door.
It only takes a couple of minutes to send us your brief online and we will get to work.
