The Overbury Hub is a collection of three meeting rooms and coworking space within the Old Village Shop complex. We run this in association with our luxury five star, gold award accommodation. Manor Farmhouse has eight bedrooms and bathrooms and was designed by Rosanna Bossom. e can be flexible with requirements and uniquely placed being in the beautiful Cotswold countryside but only minutes away from the M5
Location
An hour from both Bristol and Birmingham, with good train and transport links. We are in the Cotswolds on the Worcestershire – Gloucestershire border, surrounded be beautiful countryside.
Rooms
Three meeting rooms with space for 6 to 20. Two rooms have wood buring stoves, and two have full virtual conferencing facilities. All our properties benefit from direct fibre broadband and lots of free parking. We also have EV charging points and access to full kitchen facilities, coffee machines and refrigeration space, lots of loos and showers too.

Sustainability
We run the farm surrounding the venues and were very early adopters of regenerative farming. All our practices are carried out with the environment in mind to growing our own timber for the stoves, to photovoltaic solar arrays, our own spring water (treated to required standards), EV charging points and bio-dynamic planting practices in the walled garden.
Accessibility
We have disabled access to one of the meeting rooms with disabled WC, unfortunately due to the grade II listing of the accommodation this does not cater for lesser able visitors at the moment.
