15Hatfields is a bright and modern blank canvas, created to accommodate all manner of events including conferences, exhibitions, award dinners, training workshops, board meetings and exams. Spread across two floors, the fully adaptable meeting rooms, conference facilities and breakout spaces are impeccably clean, stylish and full of light.

Location

Nestled in a quiet side street in the heart of London’s South Bank, the venue is no more than a 10-minute walk from four underground and mainline stations. There is an excellent selection of hotels nearby, including trendy options such as Sea Containers London, The Hoxton Southwark and Bankside Hotel.

Rooms

The venue comprises of 14 modern and flexible event spaces, available to book separately, or in conjunction with one another for up to 500 guests. Sliding partitions allow multiple rooms to be seamlessly combined and complemented with breakout spaces for networking and refreshment breaks. Each room offers state-of-the-art AV facilities including superfast internet speeds to allow worldwide streaming and optional HD videoconferencing.

Packages are available for a range of events, as well as hybrid and virtual options, created with sustainability, affordability and accessibility in mind.

Sustainability

As a pioneering member of the #OneLess bottle campaign and founder of the Make Plastic History campaign, 15Hatfields eliminated all single-use plastic from its venue and supply chain, saving tens of thousands of plastic food packaging items being thrown away and preventing over one million plastic water bottles going to landfill. All snacks and dishes served at 15Hatfields are sourced and prepared using sustainable practices by local, organic and fair-trade food suppliers.

15Hatfields has received the following awards and accreditations for its work prioritising the reduction of food waste, eradicating single-use plastics and investing in renewable energy:

Greengage ECOsmart Platinum Venue Award. 15Hatfields became the UK’s first Platinum ECOsmart Venue in 2021, thanks to its ‘outstanding approach’ to environmental sustainability standards, as judged by a panel at Greengage Travel & Event Solutions

Gold Green Tourism Award. Since 2016, 15Hatfields has been considered a ‘Gold’ status venue in the Green Tourism certification programme
