The Palace is enclosed by 90 acres of Formal Gardens including Water Terraces, Rose Garden, and the Duke’s private Italian Garden. The landscaped Parkland makes Blenheim Palace a unique and awe-inspiring setting for your event. The Palace hosts up to 500 guests which are very ideal for large meetings, conferences, and private events.

Weston Library

The Weston Library’s tremendous modern spaces are ideal for both large and small events. The modern rooms of Bodleian Libraries are perfect for both large and small events. There are three spaces to hire: the Blackwell Hall atrium with access to the exhibition galleries, the lecture theatre equipped with audio-visual systems, and the roof terrace with amazing views over Oxford.

Oxford Centre for Innovation

The Oxford Centre has covid-secure meeting facilities, which is in the heart of Oxford, close to the train and bus stations. The meeting rooms host up to 8-13 people and they have presentation equipment and fast Wi-Fi, they even offer catering if it has been requested. The conference rooms can accommodate up to 13 people in a boardroom style and AV equipment is available.

Old Fire Station

The Theatre inside The Old Fire Station is efficient and friendly and different from a traditional conference centre. By booking your event with Old Fire Station Theatre, you are supporting a charity. All their spaces are flexible and there is a full on-site catering available from Crisis, and they can also organise artists’ workshops or even performances if you are looking for something special.

The Theatre has hosted lectures, workshops, dinners, and fundraising events. With full A.V facilities and a seated capacity of 124, which is a great space for large events.

The Loft, Studio, and Garden Room are small rooms that are perfect for meetings, break-out spaces, and smaller workshops. The capacity is 45 depending on the layout and has AV and Wi-Fi.
