Coin Street is a social enterprise with the aim of making the coin street area a great place to live, work in and visit.
Location
It’s located minutes Waterloo and Blackfriars Station. It is easily accessible via rail, river or road connections.
Rooms
It has 5 main room layouts located in different floors as well as a roof top terrace. These include: The Neighbourhood Room, Third Floor Suite, South Bank Rooms and Palm Meeting Room. All of these can serve 2 – 250 people.
- Neighbourhood Room: Conference room that can host up to 250 people
- Third Floor Suite: 25 – 170 people. There are 3 main rooms:
- Max Nasatyr Rooms: Up to 250 people
- Fred Miller Rooms: Up to 35 people
- Lil Patrick Rooms: Up to 25 people
- South Bank Rooms: 2 – 52 people
- Palm meeting Room: Up to 14 people

The prices of the rooms generally start from £385.00, tax-exclusive.
Sustainability
The building features solar chimneys for natural ventilation, energy efficient lighting that turns off automatically if the room is not in use, solar hot water for running sinks and rainwater for flushing WCs.
Accessibility
The building is fully DDA compliant and allows access to people with a range of disabilities.
